Luca ‘’Lazylegz’’ says he uses his crutches just like we use shoes; "They are an accessory and not a necessity."

Aside from swimming, diving, skiing, skateboarding, sailing, driving and his new adopted lifestyle of break dancing, Luca enjoys visiting children hospitals and schools telling his own story of determination and optimism. He believes that everyone can be an inspiration to him, since we all learn from one another, and it’s about taking the bad and making it good.

Now Luca spends most of his time visiting Colleges, Schools, Hospitals and Organizations Performing and Speaking about overcoming obstacles and never giving up. As Matt Lauer (NBC Today Show) said, "Luca is the perfect example of motivation and determination overcoming all!"
