ILL-Abilities is an International Breakdance crew with dancers who may be perceived as being limited in some way. Each dancer has taken those limitations and created their own unique style. The purpose of this team is to show the world that anything is possible as long as you keep an open mind, are creative, and adapt yourself to any situation.

ill-abilitiesl.jpg ILL-ABILITIES crew currently consists of four dancers, each with a unique physical limitation.

Tommy "Tommy Guns" Ly (USA) – In early 2004, Tommy was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, the most common type of malignant bone cancer and consequently had his right leg amputated.

Sergio "Checho" Carvajal (Chile) – Sergio was born with a major malformation of his lower body.

Jacob "Kujo" Lyons (USA) – Jacob was born completely deaf in his right ear and lost up to 75% of hearing in his left ear due to an ear infection at a young age.  Kujo uses a hearing aid and lip reads.

Luca "Lazylegz" Patuelli (Canada)  - Luca suffers from the rare muscular disorder Arthrogryposis that affects his mobility.

In time, other unique dancers will be introduced and will perform & battle as part of the ILL-Abilities crew.The ILL-Abilities crew aims to make their mark on BBoy culture forever, and it's essential that the journey is documented so those around the world can feel the impact of their remarkable achievements and influential messages. ILL-Abilities is currently in production for a feature length documentary. Keep on a look out for the film in the years to come.
